If you need help, activate your 24/7 Monitored Medical Alarm System by pressing your MedScope Alert Button (worn around neck or wrist) for immediate assistance.

Your Alert System is activated and automatically dials the MedScope Response Center. This will open a direct line of communication between the Medscope Medical Alert System monitoring/response center and your home.

Trained Response Operators who have instant access to your complete profile and critical information will speak to you over the Alert System to see what help you need (in English or your native language). Your trained medical alert response operator will immediately check on your status and, in the event of an emergency, dispatch your local EMS and if needed, we'll contact key holders/loved ones.

Even if you can't answer, MedScope will send help to you at once. Whether it is an ambulance, family member, or neighbor MedScope will send the help you need right away. The medical alert operator will convey knowledge of any existing medical conditions or issues to the EMS personnel.
