Trained Response Operators who have instant access to your complete profile and critical information will speak to you over the Alert System to see what help you need (in English or your native language).Your trained medical alert response operator will immediately check on your status and, in the event of an emergency, dispatch your local EMS and contact key holders/loved ones. |

Even if you can’t answer, MedScope will send help to you at once. Whether it is an ambulance, family member, or neighbor, we’ll send the help you need right away. The medical alert system operator will convey knowledge of any existing medical conditions or issues to the EMS personnel. |
