RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If at any point, you are not 100% satisfied with MedScope America Corporation's procedures and/or services, simply notify us by calling 1-800-645-2060. You have the right to cancel service at any point without penalty. Upon cancellation of service, we will send you a postage pre-paid box. We will include instructions to place all equipment into this box and give it to your mailman, or take it to your local post office. The equipment will then ship directly back to MedScope America Corporation and you will no longer be billed for service.

The monthly monitoring fee is charged to your credit card on the first of each month, for the current month. If you should cancel services by the fifth day of the current month, your credit card will be credited for the current month.
