• UL Approved - Conforms to ULSTD 1637 & ANSI/UL 1635 standards
• DSL Compatible - No need for telephone line filters if you should have a DSL internet connection in your home.
• Automatic 24-hour battery backup - System will continue to work for 24 hours if you should lose electricity. Battery is rechargeable, so it will simply recharge itself when the electricity comes back on.
• Silent automatic check-in - The system will automatically perform a self diagnostic test every 7 days and report the system's status. This feature is completely silent.
• Room temperature sensor - Automatically activates the base unit and calls the medical alert response center if the room temperature rises above 100 degrees or dips below 55 degrees.
